Founded on good people
Cellar Key was founded by Simon Eddleston in 2020, with a simple belief: that fine wine is best enjoyed in good company, and that trust matters as much as the label in the glass.
Since 2003, Simon has built strong, lasting relationships across the wine world, with growers, estates, collectors and fellow merchants. Those relationships are the heart of Cellar Key. They are how we find what others cannot, and why we can stand behind every bottle we sell.
We are not a warehouse with a website. We are a merchant in the old sense: people who taste, who care, and who take the time to understand what you are really after, whether that is a case to lay down, a birth-year Bordeaux, or simply something wonderful for Friday night.
Every wine we hold is chosen as if it were for our own table. It is stored in professional bond at Octavian, handled with care, and delivered the world over, with honesty and patience at every step.
